Intellectual Property & License Policy

This Intellectual Property Policy ("Policy") establishes the rules and limitations regarding the ownership, use, protection, and licensing of all intellectual and industrial property rights associated with the kosovainvestment.com platform ("Platform") operated by KS Law Consultancy LLC ("Company").\n\nThis Policy aims to clearly define the intellectual property framework to protect the rights of both the Company and users.

This Policy covers:\n\nall content, software, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, databases, and compilations on the Platform,\nthe Company's trademarks, trade names, and distinctive signs,\nuser-generated content uploaded to the Platform,\ndocuments and materials prepared by the Company for users,\nthird-party components and open-source elements used on the Platform.

The following elements are subject to the Company's intellectual property rights:\n\nPlatform design, layout, user interface, and user experience,\nsource code, algorithms, and software architecture,\nall text content including articles, guides, legal texts, and descriptions,\ngraphic elements, logos, icons, and visual materials,\ndatabases, data compilations, and structured information,\ninteractive tools, calculators, and form systems,\nmarketing materials, presentations, and promotional content,\nall original works created by or for the Company.

"Kosova Investment," "KIJV," "Joint Venture," the Platform logo, and all associated visual and textual marks are trademarks and/or trade names of KS Law Consultancy LLC.\n\nUnauthorized use, reproduction, imitation, or display of these marks is prohibited and may result in legal action.\n\nThird-party trademarks appearing on the Platform (e.g., government logos, partner logos) are the property of their respective owners and are displayed for informational purposes only.

The Company grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:\n\naccess and view Platform content for personal or legitimate business purposes,\ndownload and print documents specifically made available for download,\nuse interactive tools and calculators for their intended purposes.\n\nThis license does not include any right to modify, distribute, reproduce, publicly display, or create derivative works from Platform content.

Without the Company's prior written consent, users may not:\n\ncopy, reproduce, or duplicate Platform content in whole or in part,\nmodify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from Platform content,\ndistribute, publish, broadcast, or make available Platform content to third parties,\nuse Platform content for commercial purposes beyond personal/internal business use,\nreverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Platform software,\nremove, alter, or obscure copyright notices, watermarks, or other proprietary markings,\nuse automated tools (scrapers, bots, crawlers) to extract Platform content,\nframe, embed, or mirror Platform pages on other websites,\nuse Platform content to create competing products or services,\nsystematically download or store Platform content beyond normal use,\nresell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Platform content,\nuse Platform branding, logos, or trademarks without authorization,\nmisrepresent affiliation with or endorsement by the Company.

Users may upload documents, images, and other materials to the Platform for service delivery purposes. Users retain ownership of their original content. Users are responsible for ensuring that uploaded content:\n\ndoes not infringe third-party intellectual property rights,\nis accurate and not misleading,\ncomplies with applicable laws,\ndoes not contain malicious software or code.

By uploading content to the Platform, the user grants the Company a limited, non-exclusive license to:\n\nstore, process, and display the content as necessary for service delivery,\nshare the content with authorized team members and service providers,\nretain copies as required for legal compliance and record-keeping.\n\nThis license is limited to the purposes of service delivery and does not grant the Company ownership of user content.

Users retain all intellectual property rights in their original content. Users may request:\n\ndeletion of their uploaded content after service completion,\nportability of their data in standard formats,\nrestriction of processing in certain circumstances.\n\nSuch requests are subject to legal retention requirements and the Company's legitimate interests.

Documents, forms, applications, and other materials prepared by the Company for users are created as part of the service delivery.\n\nThe user receives a license to use these materials for their intended purpose (e.g., filing with authorities, company records).\n\nHowever, the user may not:\n\nresell or distribute Company-prepared documents to third parties,\nclaim sole authorship of Company-created content,\nuse Company-prepared templates for purposes other than those agreed upon,\nmodify Company-prepared legal texts and present them as independently created.

The Platform may incorporate open-source software, third-party libraries, fonts, icons, and other components. Such components are subject to their respective licenses.\n\nThe Company's use of third-party components does not imply any endorsement by or affiliation with the respective rights holders.

The Company holds compilation and database rights over:\n\nstructured data collections on the Platform,\nservice catalogs, pricing databases, and feature compilations,\naggregated market data and statistical information,\ncurated legal and regulatory reference materials.\n\nSystematic extraction or reuse of these databases without authorization is prohibited.

Limited quotation and reference to Platform content is permitted for:\n\nacademic or research purposes (with proper attribution),\nnews reporting and commentary (fair use),\npersonal portfolios showing work done with the Company.\n\nScreenshots or references must include clear attribution to kosovainvestment.com and must not misrepresent the Company or its services.

Any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or recommendations provided by users to the Company regarding the Platform or services may be used by the Company without obligation or compensation.\n\nBy providing feedback, the user grants the Company an unrestricted license to use, modify, and implement such feedback.

In case of intellectual property infringement, the Company reserves the right to:\n\nsend cease and desist notices,\nremove or disable infringing content,\nterminate user accounts,\npursue legal action and claim damages,\nreport infringement to relevant authorities.

The user agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:\n\nthe user's infringement of intellectual property rights,\nthe user's unauthorized use of Platform content,\ncontent uploaded by the user that infringes third-party rights.

The license granted to users terminates automatically when:\n\nthe user's account is closed or terminated,\nthe user violates this Policy,\nthe Company revokes the license for legitimate reasons.\n\nUpon termination, the user must cease all use of Platform content and delete any copies in their possession.

Platform content indexed by search engines is subject to the same intellectual property protections. Indexing by search engines does not constitute a waiver of the Company's intellectual property rights.

Users should clearly distinguish between:\n\ndocuments they have independently created,\ndocuments prepared by the Company as part of service delivery,\nPlatform content that is available for reference only.\n\nThe Company's intellectual property rights apply specifically to Company-created content and Platform materials.

"All content, design, text, graphics, logos, and software on kosovainvestment.com are the intellectual property of KS Law Consultancy LLC unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited. Documents prepared for clients may be used only for their intended purpose. Third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners."

"By uploading files to this platform, you confirm that you have the right to share these documents and that they do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. Uploaded materials will be used solely for the purpose of delivering your requested service. KS Law Consultancy LLC retains the right to store copies as required for legal compliance."

This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Any disputes arising from or related to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Kosovo.
