Terms of Service

These Terms of Use and Service Agreement govern the use of the kosovainvestment.com website, its subdomains, client portal, digital application forms, document upload systems, online payment screens, and all related digital, administrative, consultancy, coordination, and support services.\n\nThis Agreement is binding on all natural and legal persons who visit the site, create an account, make a payment, upload documents, or use the platform in any way.

Platform / Site: Refers to the kosovainvestment.com website and related digital systems.\n\nCompany / Service Provider: Refers to KS Law Consultancy LLC.\n\nUser: Refers to any natural or legal person who visits, reviews, fills in forms, creates an account, or uses the site in any way.\n\nClient: Refers to any natural or legal person who requests a paid or free service or creates an order through the platform.\n\nService: Refers to all services provided by the Company through the platform, including company formation support, address services, document preparation, accounting coordination, and similar services.\n\nThird-Party Costs: Refers to official fees, notary costs, translation fees, bank commissions, and all other expenses not included in the Company's service fee.

The platform is a commercial digital service platform operated by a private legal entity. The platform is not a public institution and does not act in an official authority capacity.\n\nInformation about official institutions on the platform is provided solely for informational and service coordination purposes.

The Company may provide services through the platform in the following areas:\n\n• Company formation process support in Kosovo\n• Business address services\n• Preparation of company documents\n• Accounting coordination and document flow support\n• Residence permit application form preparation\n• Document checklist preparation\n• Document collection and management via client portal\n\nOnly work explicitly stated as included falls within the scope of a service.

The Company provides its services with due diligence; however, it does not guarantee that company formation will be completed, that an application will be accepted, that a residence permit will be approved, or that results will be achieved within a specific timeframe.\n\nThe User acknowledges that the Company provides "service and process support" rather than a "guarantee of outcome."

All prices stated on the platform represent only the Company's service fee unless explicitly stated otherwise. Government fees, notary costs, translation fees, bank commissions, and similar third-party costs are not included.

Payments are collected through the payment methods available on the platform (Paysera). Services will not commence until payment is completed.

Refund and cancellation terms are subject to the separately published Refund Policy. For digital service-type work and files where work has already commenced, a full refund is not mandatory.

The Company shall not be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of reputation, loss of data, and losses arising from third-party transactions. Total liability is limited to the net service fee collected from the client.

This Agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. In case of dispute, the competent courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Kosovo shall have jurisdiction.
