Employer, contractor, subcontractor, work address, work scope, duration and payment information are obtained.
Documents Are Uploaded
Existing contracts, offers, progress payments, invoices, correspondence, photographs, delivery minutes or project documents are uploaded to the system.
Preparations are made according to the selected service
Depending on the service, a contract is prepared, the work schedule is checked, progress payment is reviewed, notification text or delivery report is prepared.
Result is Delivered
A draft contract, control note, risk analysis, notification text, file layout or delivery report is delivered to the user.

These services are offered for the purpose of contract, document, progress payment, delivery and risk pre-control in construction, renovation and project processes. This service does not replace a technical engineering report, official expert report, site inspection, construction application or court/arbitration proceedings. In technical matters, the opinion of an architect, engineer, expert or authorized expert may also be required.
In construction and renovation works, unclear contracts, irregular payment plans and incomplete delivery minutes may lead to serious disputes in the future. The process proceeds more safely when the work scope, duration, payment, progress payment and delivery stages are established in writing and in an orderly manner from the beginning.
