Communications, Electronic Notification, Notices, Evidence Agreement and Validity of Records Statement

1. Introduction

This Communications, Electronic Notification, Notices, Evidence Agreement and Validity of Records Statement ("Statement") has been prepared to regulate the communication channels, electronic notification procedures, notification principles, evidentiary nature of records and mutual acceptances between KS Law Consultancy LLC ("Company") and the users of the kosovainvestment.com platform.

2. Communication Channels

Communication between the Company and the user may be conducted through the following channels:

• Email ([email protected])
• In-panel messaging via client dashboard
• WhatsApp business communication (+383 44 578 468)
• Notification systems on the platform
• Phone calls

3. Electronic Notification

The user acknowledges that notifications from the Company may be made via email, client panel notification, or WhatsApp message, and that these shall be considered valid service. The sending of an email or the publication of a panel notification is sufficient for the notification to be considered valid.

4. User's Obligation to Keep Contact Information Updated

The user is responsible for ensuring that the contact information registered on the platform is accurate and up to date. The Company cannot be held liable for consequences arising from being unable to reach the user due to incorrect or outdated contact information.

5. Evidentiary Nature of Electronic Records

The parties accept that the following records may be used as valid and binding evidence in case of disputes:

• Platform log records and access data
• Email correspondence
• Payment records and invoice data
• Panel transaction history
• Electronic consent records (checkbox, button click, etc.)
• Uploaded document metadata
• WhatsApp and messaging records
• Digital communication records

6. Evidence Agreement

The parties accept that the Company's electronic records shall have exclusive and conclusive evidentiary value in any dispute. This acceptance does not eliminate the user's right to present their own records as evidence; however, it states that the Company's records shall be given priority.

7. Notification Periods

Document deficiency, payment reminders, service status updates and similar operational notifications are made within reasonable periods. The user is obligated to respond to notifications within a reasonable time. The user may be responsible for delays in processes that remain unanswered.

8. Final Provision

By using the platform, the user declares that they accept all provisions of this Statement and will not contest the evidentiary nature of electronic records.
