Terms of Use and Service Agreement

1. Purpose and Scope
These Terms of Use and Service Agreement (“Agreement”) govern the terms and conditions relating to the use of the website at kosovainvestment.com, its subdomains, customer panel, digital application forms, document upload systems, online payment screens, informational content, and all associated digital, administrative, consultancy, coordination and support services provided in connection therewith.
This Agreement is binding upon all natural and legal persons who visit the site, create an account, request information, receive a quotation, make a payment, upload documents, place an order, or otherwise benefit from the platform in any manner.
2. Definitions
Platform / Site: Refers to the website at kosovainvestment.com and the digital systems connected thereto.
Company / Service Provider: Refers to KS Law Consultancy LLC.
User: Refers to any natural or legal person who visits, reviews, fills out forms on, creates an account on, or otherwise uses the site in any manner.
Client: Refers to any natural or legal person who requests a paid or free service, places an order, accepts a quotation, or purchases a service through the platform.
Service: Refers to all paid or free services offered by the Company through the platform, including company formation support, virtual/office address services, document preparation, company amendment procedures, accounting coordination, residence/application preparation support, digital file management, customer panel usage, and similar services.
3. Identity of the Service Provider
Unless expressly stated otherwise, services offered through the platform are provided by KS Law Consultancy LLC.
4. Legal Nature of the Platform
The platform is a commercial digital service platform operated by a private legal entity. The platform is not a public institution; it does not act on behalf of ARBK, ATK, eKosova, police, immigration authorities, or any other official body. Any references to official institutions on the platform are provided solely for informational and service coordination purposes.
5. Scope of Services
The Company may offer services through the platform primarily in the following areas:
- Company formation process support in Kosovo
- Company address / business address services
- Preparation and digital organization of company documents
- Share, trade name, business activity amendments and similar modification support
- Accounting coordination and document workflow support
- Form preparation and file organization for residence permits or similar administrative applications
- Application file preparation and process coordination
- Business development, corporate structuring, and related operational support
6. No Guarantee of Legal, Administrative or Outcome Results
The Company provides its services with due diligence; however, it does not guarantee or warrant definitive outcomes regarding matters such as the completion of company formation, acceptance of an application by official authorities, obtaining a tax number within a specific timeframe, opening a bank account, or approval of a residence permit.
7. Prices and Fee Principles
All prices stated on the platform, unless expressly indicated otherwise, represent only the Company's service fee. Government fees, notary costs, translation fees, apostille expenses, shipping costs, and bank commissions are, as a rule, not included in the service fee.
8. Quotations, Orders and Formation of the Agreement
For an order to be deemed established, it may be necessary for the client to complete the required form, submit the necessary information, make payment, and for the service request to be accepted by the Company. The Company reserves the right to decline any service request.
9. User's Obligation of Accuracy and Cooperation
The User acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete; that all uploaded documents are genuine and lawful; and that the User shall not use the platform for any unlawful purposes.
10. Identity Verification and Compliance
The Company has the right to request additional information and documents, such as passport/ID copies, proof of address, company incorporation documents, power of attorney, and similar supplementary documentation, depending on the nature of the service.
11. Prohibited Uses
- Using the platform for unlawful purposes
- Uploading fraudulent documents
- Attempting to breach system security
- Exploiting the platform with automated bots or malicious software
- Initiating chargebacks / unjustified disputes / bad-faith refund requests
- Copying platform content without permission or using it for commercial purposes
12. Payment Terms
Payments are collected through the payment methods offered on the platform. Service may not commence or may be suspended due to failed payments. Service may be suspended during a chargeback process.
Payments are securely processed through the Paysera (www.paysera.com) payment infrastructure. Paysera is an electronic money institution (EMI) licensed by the Bank of Lithuania. During the payment process, the user is redirected to the Paysera platform, and the transaction is carried out in accordance with Paysera's security standards.
13. Commencement of Service and Timelines
Service commences upon receipt of payment, upload of the required document set, and acceptance of the order by the Company. Timelines indicated on the platform are estimates; they may be extended due to late document submission by the client, workload of official authorities, or changes in legislation.
14. Method of Delivery
Service deliverables may be delivered through upload to the customer panel, e-mail, electronic sharing links, or physical delivery. Unless otherwise agreed, digital delivery shall be deemed valid and sufficient delivery.
15. Intellectual Property Rights
All texts, designs, workflows, software components, and content on the platform are the property of the Company. The User may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially.
16. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of reputation, loss of data, rejection by public institutions or banks, or commercial losses arising from delays. The total liability of the Company is limited to the net service fee collected for the relevant service.
17. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable in circumstances beyond its control, such as war, civil unrest, cyberattacks, power and internet outages, decisions by official authorities, legislative changes, natural disasters, and epidemics.
18. Evidentiary Value of Electronic Records
The parties agree that platform records, log records, e-mail correspondence, payment records, and digital communication records may be used as evidence in the event of a dispute.
19. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Kosovo shall have jurisdiction.
20. Final Provision
By using the platform or purchasing a service, the User declares that they have fully read these Terms of Use and Service Agreement, understood its contents, and accepted all of its provisions.
