This Disclaimer and Legal Warnings Text ("Text") has been prepared by KS Law Consultancy LLC ("Company") to regulate the legal nature and limitations of the services offered through the kosovainvestment.com platform, the principles regarding the non-guarantee of outcomes, and the warnings that users should consider when using the platform.

2. Legal Nature of the Platform

The platform is a commercial digital service platform operated by a private legal entity. The platform: is not a public institution, is not a ministry, municipality, tax office, trade registry, notary, consulate or embassy; does not act on behalf of ARBK, ATK, eKosova, police, immigration authority or any other official body; does not transact in the capacity of a public authority and does not exercise public power.

3. No Guarantee of Outcome

The Company provides its services within the framework of a duty of care; however, it does not give definitive results or guarantees regarding the following:

• That company formation will definitely be completed
• That the application will be accepted by the official authority
• That a tax number will be obtained within a specific period
• That a bank account will be opened
• That a residence permit will be approved
• That institutions will not request additional documents
• That results will be obtained within a specific timeframe

The user accepts that the Company provides "service and process support" rather than a "guarantee of results."

4. Nature of Informational Content

The descriptions, links, process explanations, document lists and transaction guidance relating to official institutions on the platform are solely for informational and service coordination purposes. This content does not constitute legal, financial, investment or tax advice.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable mandatory legal provisions, the Company shall not be held liable for: indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, reputational damage, data loss, business interruption, losses arising from third-party transactions, commercial damages arising from public institution or bank rejection and delays.

Even if the Company's liability arises, total liability is limited to the net service fee collected from the customer for the specific service in dispute.

6. Third Parties

While performing services, the Company may coordinate with notaries, translators, accountants, banks, couriers, public institutions or other third parties. Third parties may have their own processing timelines, fees and acceptance policies. Third-party delays and rejections shall not be considered the Company's fault.

7. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable in circumstances beyond its control, such as war, civil unrest, cyber attacks, power and internet outages, official authority decisions, legislative changes, strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, transportation disruptions, and technical infrastructure failures.

8. Professional Service Limitations

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following are outside the scope of services: litigation, court representation, administrative appeals, guaranteed bank account opening, tax debt resolution, independent auditing, investment advisory, licensed financial advice and actual management of the customer's commercial activities.
