3. Digital Fulfillment

4. Delivery Period

5. Client's Responsibilities

The client is responsible for consequences arising from inability to receive delivery due to incorrect contact information, full email inbox, spam filters, incorrect address notification, or their own technical deficiency.

6. Physical Delivery

For services requiring physical delivery, shipping and postage costs are borne by the client unless otherwise specified. The shipping company's liability is reserved regarding delays, losses or damages during the shipping process.

7. Confirmation of Delivery

Upload to the client panel, email dispatch, or creation of an electronic sharing link constitutes sufficient evidence that delivery has been made.

8. Final Provision

By purchasing a service, the user declares that they have read, understood and accepted all provisions of this Delivery Policy.
