Distance Service Agreement, Pre-Contractual Information and Electronic Consent Text

1. Parties

Service Provider: KS Law Consultancy LLC — Prishtinë, Republic of Kosovo

Customer: The natural or legal person who purchases a service through the platform.

2. Subject

This Distance Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs the terms and conditions regarding the nature, scope, fee, payment terms, delivery method, right of withdrawal, and mutual obligations of the parties for the service ordered electronically by the customer through the kosovainvestment.com platform.

3. Pre-Contractual Information

The customer has been informed about the following matters before placing the order:

• Identity and contact details of the Service Provider
• Essential characteristics and scope of the service
• Service fee and payment conditions
• Estimated delivery time of the service
• Conditions and exceptions for exercising the right of withdrawal
• Remedies available in case of disputes

4. Service Fee and Payment

The total service fee is the amount stated in the order summary. Third-party costs (official fees, notary expenses, translation costs, shipping costs, etc.) are not included in the service fee unless explicitly stated otherwise and will be charged separately.

Payments are made through the secure payment infrastructure processed by Paysera LT, UAB (www.paysera.com). Paysera is an electronic money institution (EMI) licensed by the Bank of Lithuania. During the payment process, the user is redirected to Paysera's secure payment page to complete the transaction.

5. Performance of Service

The service commences upon completion of payment and submission of required documents. For services provided digitally, delivery is performed via upload to the customer panel, email, or electronic sharing link.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may be limited or unavailable for digital services, custom-prepared services and documents, files on which work has commenced, and services where time and resources have been allocated on behalf of the customer.

7. Electronic Consent

By clicking the order button or completing the payment process, the customer declares electronically that they have read, understood and accepted this Agreement, the Pre-Contractual Information Form, the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

8. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. In case of disputes, the parties agree to first attempt good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the competent courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Kosovo shall have jurisdiction.

9. Final Provision

By placing an order, the customer declares that they have read, understood and accepted all provisions of this Distance Service Agreement.
