Intellectual Property, Content Usage, Licensing, Trademark and Prohibited Use Policy

1. Introduction and Purpose

This Intellectual Property, Content Usage, Licensing, Trademark and Prohibited Use Policy ("Policy") has been prepared by KS Law Consultancy LLC ("Company") to regulate intellectual property rights over the kosovainvestment.com platform, its associated subdomains, customer panel, content pages, digital modules and all related digital assets, as well as users' obligations regarding such content, prohibited uses and licensing relationships.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All texts, page designs, data structures, workflows, customer panel logic, descriptions, graphics, logos, brand elements, service definitions, software components, templates, icons, images and all other content on the platform are owned by or licensed to the Company, unless otherwise stated.

3. User Obligations

The user may not copy, reproduce, commercially use, publish on other platforms, reverse-engineer, or transfer to third parties without a license any of the platform content. The right to use custom documents prepared for a customer is limited to the relevant transaction purpose and the specific customer concerned.

4. Trademark and Commercial Identity

All rights to the trade names, logos, symbols, domain names, visual identity elements and brand structure used on the platform belong to the Company. The user may not use, imitate, or even reference these elements in their own products/services without the Company's written permission.

5. Prohibited Uses

• Unauthorized copying or commercial use of platform content
• Extracting content using automated bots, scrapers or similar tools
• Imitating the platform design or business model
• Unauthorized use of the Company brand
• Creating misleading associations with the Company
• Reverse-engineering platform code
• Unauthorized publication of content on third-party sites

6. User-Generated Content

Documents, files and information uploaded by the user to the platform remain the property of the user. However, the Company has the right to process such content for service delivery, document preparation, verification and record-keeping purposes.

7. License and Permissions

The Company grants the user platform access rights solely for personal and service-related use. This right: is non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and valid only during the active service relationship.

8. Infringement and Sanctions

If the Company detects an intellectual property infringement, it has the right to suspend the account, terminate the service, revoke access and pursue appropriate legal remedies.

9. Final Provision

By using the platform, the user declares that they have read, understood and accepted all provisions of this Policy.
