Refund, Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund, Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy ("Policy") has been prepared by KS Law Consultancy LLC ("Company") to regulate the refund, cancellation and withdrawal conditions regarding the services offered through the kosovainvestment.com platform.

2. General Principle

Full refund is not mandatory for digital services, files where work has commenced, transactions where document preparation has been done, services where time and resources have been allocated on behalf of the client, and custom work prepared specifically for the individual/company.

3. Cancellation Before Service Commencement

If the service has not yet commenced and no work has been carried out by the Company, the client may request cancellation within a reasonable period from the date of payment. In this case, a refund may be processed depending on the payment method.

4. Cancellation After Service Commencement

If a cancellation request is made after the service has commenced, the Company may apply a partial or zero refund based on the proportion of work completed, effort expended, documents prepared, time reserved, and coordination performed.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised or is limited in the following cases:

• Services delivered digitally and fully performed
• Documents and papers custom-prepared for the client
• Transactions where applications have been submitted to official institutions
• Processes where third-party costs have been incurred
• Workflows initiated with the client's explicit consent

6. Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Requests are evaluated together with the order number, reason for refund, and contact information. The refund decision is communicated by the Company within a reasonable period.

7. Partial Refund

The Company may provide a partial refund based on the progress of the work. The partial refund amount is determined taking into account the percentage of work completed, time spent, documents prepared, and third-party costs.

8. Third-Party Costs

Official fees, notary expenses, translation fees, shipping costs, and similar third-party costs are excluded from the scope of refunds. These costs have been incurred on behalf of the client and may not be recoverable.

9. Chargeback and Unjust Dispute

If the client makes an unjust chargeback, payment dispute, or bad-faith refund request, the Company may immediately suspend the service and reserves the right to pursue legal remedies.

10. Final Provision

By purchasing a service, the user declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this Refund, Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy.

Refunds are processed through the Paysera (www.paysera.com) infrastructure via the original payment method. The refund processing time may take 5-14 business days depending on the payment method. Paysera's refund policies also apply.
