Education (Students): 81,339 women are inactive due to continuing high school or university education. They are the future's highly qualified professionals. Retired and Unable to Work: Approximately 17,668 of the remaining population...
With proper incentives and production facilities established near residential areas, this group can be directly integrated into production.
