According to data published by the Kosovo Agency of Statistics (ASK) on "The scale of internet use in enterprises by size and economic activity," internet connectivity has reached near-total penetration among Kosovo enterprises. According to 2021 data, 98.6% of small enterprises (10–49 employees), 100.0% of medium enterprises (50–249 employees), and 100.0% of large enterprises (250+ employees) use the internet. The overall average stands at 98.9%.

The foundation of enterprise digitalization—and a key consideration for B2B investors—is whether businesses have internet infrastructure. Kosovo Agency of Statistics (ASK) data demonstrates that internet access has achieved near-full penetration across all enterprise sizes in Kosovo.
Internet usage among medium and large enterprises has reached 100%, while even among small enterprises it stands at an extremely high 98.6%. This infrastructure base supports the deployment of cloud-based SaaS solutions, ERP systems, e-invoicing platforms, and B2B marketplace integrations across all enterprise sizes.
For investors targeting Kosovo's corporate sector, this data confirms that connectivity is not a barrier. The digital readiness of the enterprise base creates opportunities for CRM solutions, digital accounting platforms, supply chain management software, and cybersecurity services.
However, internet connectivity alone does not equate to digital maturity. While the infrastructure exists, the adoption of advanced digital tools remains uneven across enterprise sizes. In ICT and enterprise-focused investments, market validation, data protection compliance, KVKK/GDPR requirements, cybersecurity protocols, taxation, accounting, and legal processes must be examined for each specific project.
