DATA-DRIVEN ANALYSIS Based on the official data file Investments by economic activity_ 2018 - 2024.csv, the private sector investment rates in Education (Sector P) and Human Health/Social Services (Sector Q) are as follows: Growth in Total Investments (2023-2024 Trend): Sector Q (Health): Rose from 0.74% of total enterprise investments in Kosovo in 2023 to 1.70% in 2024 (129% proportional growth). Sector P (Education): Jumped from 0.51% of total enterprise investments in 2023 to 1.16% in 2024 (127% proportional growth). Health Sector (Q) Investment Characteristics (2024): 2.31% of total machinery and equipment investments nationwide were made by healthcare enterprises (medical devices and equipment procurement). The health sector accounted for 2.27% of non-produced tangible asset (land) investments nationwide. Its share in construction investments is 1.17%. Education Sector (P) Investment Characteristics (2024): The education sector accounts for 1.72% of all construction investments nationwide. Its share in machinery and equipment investments is at 0.79%. In land acquisitions (as of 2024), a 0.00% share was reported.
