Based on Census_population__Employed by main occupation, sex and municipality 2011.csv and current demographic employment files. Key findings: Total Employed Workforce: 280,454 persons across various main occupational groups. Professionals and Managers: White-collar groups hold a notable place. Over 30,000 professionals specialized in education and health alone set the quality standards of the service sector. Technical and Associate Professionals: Technicians and associate professionals who play critical roles in IT, engineering, and production lines are another important and numerically sufficient group. Gender Distribution by Occupation: Female professional participation rates in education, health, and service support (clerical) occupations are at notable levels. Caution: This data reflects workforce distribution by major occupational groups; however, it alone is not sufficient for investment decisions.
