BRIEF SUMMARY The dynamics of enterprise investments in Kosovo are shaped along the axes of facility construction, new machinery purchases, and capital goods imports. According to official data, the overwhelming majority of total investment budgets are directed toward "new purchases", while investment-purpose import rates in the manufacturing industry (Sector C) are at record levels. Simultaneously, the concentration of "ongoing investments" in the wholesale and retail trade sector demonstrates the market's medium-term commercial growth appetite. For industrialists planning to build facilities from scratch and import-export companies, this data proves that production infrastructure in Kosovo is developing in an integrated manner with international supply chains.
