DATA-DRIVEN ANALYSIS Based on the official data file "Investments by regions and investment category_ 2018 - 2024.csv", the distribution of enterprise investments by category in the Pristina (Prishtinë) region has shown significant changes over the years: 2024 Pristina Investment Distribution: Machinery and Equipment Investments: 48.31% Construction Investments: 43.71% Tangible Asset Investments (Non-Produced/Land): 4.03% Intellectual Property Products: 3.95% Agricultural Biological Investments: 0.00% 2022-2024 Trend Analysis: In 2022, construction investments in Pristina held a dominant share of 61.07%, while machinery investments were at 35.14%. In 2023, construction declined to 58.19%, and machinery investments fell to 30.78% (tangible asset/land acquisitions rose to 8.75% that year). By 2024, the picture changed; machinery and equipment investments (48.31%) moved to the top position, surpassing construction investments (43.71%). In terms of intellectual property investments, Pristina, with a 3.95% rate in 2024, far surpassed all other regions (Ferizaj 0.07%, Gjilan 0.00%, Gjakovë 0.42%) to become the center of technology investments.
