DATA-DRIVEN ANALYSIS Based on the official data from "Investments by regions and investment category_ 2018 - 2024.csv", the proportional distribution of enterprise investments in Kosovo's important industrial centers, the Prizren and Ferizaj regions, is as follows: 2024 Ferizaj Region Investment Distribution: Construction Investments: 52.20% Machinery and Equipment Investments: 42.57% Tangible Assets (Land etc.): 5.17% Intellectual Property Products: 0.07% 2024 Prizren Region Investment Distribution: Construction Investments: 59.15% Machinery and Equipment Investments: 39.02% Intellectual Property Products: 1.83% Tangible Assets (Land) and Biological Agriculture Investment: 0.00% Trend Analysis (2022-2024): In the Ferizaj region, machinery investments (58.55%) surpassed construction in 2022, but in 2023 (62.87%) and 2024 (52.20%), enterprises once again prioritized physical structure and facility construction. In Prizren, with a similar trend, while the machinery budget (52.31%) led in 2022, by 2024 the focus of enterprises shifted back to construction and building investments with a 59.15% share.
