DATA-DRIVEN ANALYSIS Based on the official data from "Investments by regions and investment category_ 2018 - 2024.csv", the 2024 proportional distribution of enterprise investments in four important regions of Kosovo (Gjakovë, Gjilan, Mitrovicë, and Pejë) is as follows: Gjakovë 2024 Investment Distribution: Construction Investments: 79.24% Machinery and Equipment Investments: 16.04% Tangible Assets (Land etc.): 4.30% Intellectual Property: 0.42% Gjilan 2024 Investment Distribution: Machinery and Equipment Investments: 59.60% Construction Investments: 31.84% Tangible Assets (Land etc.): 8.54% Biological Agriculture Investments: 0.03% Mitrovicë 2024 Investment Distribution: Construction Investments: 59.81% Machinery and Equipment Investments: 39.83% Intellectual Property: 0.35% Pejë 2024 Investment Distribution: Construction Investments: 57.70% Machinery and Equipment Investments: 26.46% Tangible Assets (Land etc.): 12.14% Intellectual Property: 3.70% Trend Review: While machinery investments in Gjakovë peaked at 84.95% in 2022, in 2023 (78.26%) and 2024 (79.24%), construction projects moved to the center with a complete reversal. Gjilan maintained its machinery leadership from 2022 (57.32%) to 2024 (59.60%), continuing to focus on production equipment.
