DATA-DRIVEN ANALYSIS Based on the official data file Investments by economic activity_ 2018 - 2024.csv, the 2024 investment trends of Wholesale and Retail Trade (Sector G) and Transportation and Storage (Sector H) enterprises are as follows: Total Investment Share: In 2024, the Trade sector's (G) share within all enterprise investments in Kosovo ranked at the top with 20.16%; the Logistics and Storage sector's (H) share was recorded at 3.11%. Tangible Asset (Land) Investments: The wholesale and retail trade sector (G) single-handedly accounted for 53.93% of all "Non-produced tangible asset (land etc.)" investments made nationwide in 2024. Sector H's share in land acquisitions is 0.00%. Intellectual Property Products: The trade sector (G) holds a massive 46.05% proportional share in intellectual property products such as computer software and licensing. Machinery, Equipment, and Construction: The Logistics/Storage sector (H) holds only a 0.91% share in the construction category, while it accounts for 5.95% in machinery and equipment investments (including transport vehicles), focusing on mechanical capacity. The trade sector's (G) share in construction is 20.34%, while its share in machinery investments is 14.42%.
