Data-Driven Analysis According to Kosovo Agency of Statistics (ASK) data, the gender distribution in adult convictions has remained consistent at approximately 93-96% male throughout 2003-2024. In 2024, of 15,259 total adult convictions, 14,283 were male and 976 were female. This stable gender pattern across two decades provides important demographic context for workforce planning and corporate risk assessment.
The consistently male-dominant conviction profile in Kosovo has practical implications for corporate human resources strategies. Companies planning large-scale workforce deployment should factor this demographic data into their personnel screening, training, and workplace safety programs. Gender-balanced hiring strategies can contribute to workplace stability and reduced operational risks.
