The responses of Kosovo citizens to the question "Are you personally planning to emigrate from Kosovo?" by gender clearly reflect the sociological trends of the labor market: Those Planning to Emigrate (Yes): In March 2011, the percentage of men planning to emigrate was measured at 27.1%, while for women it was 22.4%. In May 2020, this rate had reached 29.7% for men and 24.7% for women, showing that a certain level of employment-seeking or abroad orientation has been maintained steadily. Tendency to Stay (No): The segment not planning to emigrate and preferring to stay in Kosovo has always constituted the majority. In March 2011, the percentage of men who said "No" was 62.5% and women 70.3%; in May 2020 data, 60.4% of men and 62.9% of women indicated they had no emigration plans. Despite fluctuations, in the overall picture, men's emigration tendency is approximately 4-5 percentage points higher than women's in every period
