K-Serb (Kosovo Serbs): In 2011, the percentage of those who found business conditions unfavorable was at 42.8%, and this pessimistic perception had surged to 74.4% by 2024. The percentage of optimistic (Favourable) respondents dropped from 9.1% to 2.8%, indicating increased commercial anxiety in this region. K-Other (Other Minority Groups): The pessimism rate of 43.9% in 2011 experienced a sharp decline to 25.0% by 2024, while the segment believing the market is "stable (Neither)" rose from 43.2% to 67.8%, forming the group showing the highest integration into commercial life
