The responses of Kosovo citizens to the question "Does the Parliament oversee government performance?" have undergone a striking structural change over the years: Sharp Decline in Complete Distrust (Not at all): In March 2011, the percentage of men who thought the parliament did "Not at all" oversee the government was 46.8%, while for women it was 35.9%, an extremely high level. By May 2024, this completely negative perception had declined to 7.9% for men and 9.1% for women. Major Leap in Positive Perception (Yes mainly): The percentage of men who believed the legislature "Yes mainly" oversees the executive was 22.9% in 2011, as was the percentage for women at 22.9%; in May 2024 data, this rate reached 44.9% for men and 50.2% for women, creating a trust profile encompassing half of society. Full Approval (Yes fully): The percentage of those who believed Parliament fully fulfills its oversight duty was 4.8% for men and 3.9% for women in 2011; by 2024 these figures rose to 12.3% and 11.0% respectively
