The responses of Kosovo citizens to the question "Who do you think is most responsible for Kosovo's current political situation?" by ethnic groups clearly reflect the change in political sovereignty perception: Collapse of International Actors (EULEX, UNMIK, etc.): In May 2011, the percentage of those who held EULEX responsible for the political situation was 8.1% among K-Albanians, 17.6% among K-Serbs, and 18.7% among other minorities; these rates had dropped to zero (0.0%) by May 2024. Kosovo Government: In 2011, the Kosovo Government was seen as the main responsible party for the current political picture (K-Albanian: 55.0%, K-Serb: 45.5%, K-Other: 45.8%). In 2024 data, the government's perceived share of political responsibility (K-Albanian: 43.9%, K-Serb: 44.3%, K-Other: 41.6%) has continued to remain at a strong level. Rise of Political Parties: In 2011, the percentage of those who held political parties responsible for the political situation was relatively low (K-Albanian: 17.5%, K-Serb: 10.8%, K-Other: 11.2%). However, by May 2024, responsibility attributed to political parties had reached 45.8% for K-Albanians, 37.6% for K-Serbs, and 48.4% for K-Other groups with a tremendous increase, achieving nearly equal weight with the government
