The responses of Kosovo citizens to the question "Are elections in Kosovo democratic and in compliance with international standards?" statistically reflect the development of democratic institutionalization over the years: Decline in Negative Perception: In March 2011, the percentage of men who thought elections did "Not at all" meet democratic standards was 37.2%, while for women it was 35.8%. By May 2024, this rate of complete distrust in elections had shown a radical decline to 7.2% for men and 9.1% for women. Increase in Partial and Full Approval: The percentage of those who answered "Yes mainly" that elections comply with international standards was 27.7% for men and 28.2% for women in March 2011; by May 2024 this had risen to 35.4% for men and 40.0% for women. Establishment of Full Trust: The segment that said "Yes fully" to the democratic quality of elections was only at the 7.6% (men) and 6.0% (women) range in 2011. In 2024 data, this rate reached 34.4% for men and 25.2% for women, confirming that unwavering trust in the system's reliability has spread across the population
