DATA-DRIVEN ANALYSIS Based on the official data file "Investments in construction buildings and other construction structures_ 2018.csv", the share taken by the "Buildings and Living Spaces/Residential" category within Kosovo enterprises' construction investments by year is as follows: 2018: 42.46% 2019: 30.71% 2020: 16.13% 2021: 58.67% 2022: 39.08% 2023: 36.81% 2024: 24.96% Trend Analysis: The budget share enterprises allocated to residential and living space projects peaked at 58.67% in 2021; in 2022 and 2023, it settled into the 39.08% and 36.81% range with a gradual decline. By 2024, with non-residential commercial buildings (58.03%) breaking records, the proportional share of residential investments stood at 24.96%. Despite the proportional decline, residential construction remains one of the two main pillars of the construction budget.
