The responses of Kosovo citizens to the question "Does the Kosovo Government work according to the priorities of Kosovo citizens?" by ethnic identity reveal the regional distribution of trust in public administration: K-Albanian (Kosovo Albanians): In May 2011, the absolutely pessimistic segment that believed the government did "not at all" work in a citizen-oriented manner was at a very high rate of 59.7%, and by May 2024 this rate had shown a dramatic decline to 12.4%. In the same period, the combined total of those who believed the government "mostly" and "fully" works according to citizen priorities jumped from 15.5% to 50.7%. K-Serb (Kosovo Serbs): In 2011, the percentage of those who argued the government did "not at all" listen to them was 74.7%, and by 2024 this rate had declined to 43.5%, showing a noticeable improvement. However, full trust in the government's actions (Yes fully) remained at only 1.8%, indicating the cautious stance continues. K-Other (Other Minority Groups): The radical dissatisfaction (Not at all) of 41.7% in 2011 had declined to 12.9% by 2024. Positive perception toward the government ("mostly" and "fully" aligned) rose from 20.9% to 46.3%, demonstrating strong belonging and integration toward the state's actions
