In November 2022 data, this rate had nearly tripled to 43.2% for men and soared to 31.1% for women, becoming the most important criterion. Collapse in Family Connections Perception: In 2011, the percentage of men who believed nepotism (family ties) was determinant in private sector recruitment was 44.9%, while for women it was 48.2%; by November 2022 this rate had declined to 13.5% for men and 23.1% for women, clearing the way for institutionalization. Education and Bribery: The percentage of those who believed education was an important criterion in the private sector rose from 10.6% to 14.9% for men and from 7.6% to 13.3% for women between 2011 and 2022.
