The evaluations of Kosovo's public regarding the central government's alignment with citizen priorities are clearly visible in the "UNDP Public Pulse" gender-disaggregated survey data: Major Decline in Negative Perception: In March 2011, the percentage of men who thought the government did "Not at all" align with citizen priorities was 59.1%, while for women it was 59.9%, an extremely high level. By May 2024, this pessimistic perception had declined to 15.2% for men and 11.1% for women. Steady Rise in Positive Perception: The percentage of men who stated that the government "Yes mainly" observes citizen priorities was 13.3% in March 2011, and 11.0% for women. In May 2024 data, this rate rose to 34.8% for men and 41.3% for women. Increase in Full Trust: The percentage of those who said "Yes fully" that the government works for citizens was at the 3% level in 2011, and by May 2024 reached 13.1% for men and 11.3% for women, confirming the consolidation of trust in institutional legitimacy
